QHow can I use my Coupon? |
1. Check on My Page and click the section of Coupon, you can check on your coupon list. 2. Simply select the coupon you need and the
discount will be deducted immediately from the total and you can continue to
proceed the payment. 3. We do always give away event coupons for
our members. When you receive our updates, the new coupon has actually been
given in your account and shown in your coupon list automatically. 4. Please note that only 1 coupon can be
applied per order. And don’t forget to check the expiry and conditions of your coupons.
Expired coupons will be deleted automatically from your account.

QHow can I use my Credits? |
Check on My Page or further click the section of Credit, you can check the available credits you’ve got.
When you checkout your order, in settlement detail, you can also see your Credit balance.
You can either enter the amount you want into the field and click [Use], or simply select [Use All]. The deducted credits will be converted into discount and displayed immediately in payment section.
When you receive Credit Coupon from us, you need to go Coupon, and click on [Activate] button first. By doing so, the rewarded credits will then be added directly to your balance.
If you receive our voucher code from email, kindly go to Credit page, copy and paste your code into the field and click [Apply Code]. Credits will be added accordingly so that you can use it easily when you do the Checkout.

QI cannot buy a large quantity of certain items, why? |
Sometimes due to the limited stocks of certain products, or due to an increased demand on certain promotional items, there is a limit of quantity for purchase per customer. This is to ensure all of our customers can be benefit from our promotional offers. For certain products, we also limit the quantity of purchase quantity due to customs clearance issue.
If you found a pop-up message indicating that the purchase limit has been exceeded, we are sorry that we are unable to process your order unless you edit your quantity to checkout. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

QIn Hot Deal, what does 1+1 mean? |
1+1 This means Buy 1 get 1
free! When you order 1, another 1 will be offered. (So you can just input 1 as
your quantity if you wish to get 2 only.) 1+1=2! The price shown is for two.
For example, if you see a
sheet mask marked as USD1.95 with 1+1 label, it means 1 sheet mask is actually
half of this price. If you want 2 pieces, order 1 as your quantity and you will
eventually receive 2.

QCan I make changes to or cancel my order? |
As we strive to guarantee a fast delivery, as soon as the
payment is accepted and the order is confirmed successfully, it is immediately
in process to be shipped. Therefore you’re advised to double check the order details before you proceed
to the payment. If there is a mistake made or change of mind, as long as the
parcel is not yet prepared, you can still make a change or cancellation to your
order by the following steps. Go to Order

‘This order has been successfully cancelled!’, your payment refund will be handled by PayPal

Sure! We
currently offer FREE shipping for orders US$150 and above. If minimum purchase falls below $150 after discounts/credits
are applied, relax, still NO shipping fees
will apply! Your shipping cost will be calculated according to your total order value. When you put items in cart, there will be message showing how much is away from the free shipping threshold. |
QHow is the shipping fee calculated? |
We are adopting a new shipping policy effective from 1 Sep 2021. The shipping fee is now calculated in a flat rate based on your total order value. The rate varies from different countries, please check the latest shipping fee chart and your zone (posted on NOTICE board). |
QI don't have a PayPal account, can I still make a payment? |
We choose PayPal for check out as it is internationally recognized as a secured payment method 😉 Don’t worry, even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still select PayPal as your payment method and check out as a guest. Once we receive your order, we promise to do our best to secure

with tracking. Please understand international shipping times

QWhy does the package of product I've received look a bit different? |
Why the package of product you've received looks a bit different from what you saw on website? The supplied product package may differ from the pictures displayed on website when the official brands/ manufacturers have just renewed/ revamped their package design. Or sometimes the packaging may be a limited edition. Don’t worry. This does not affect the quality and usage of products. If you still have any doubts, you’re welcome to contact us. |
QHow to check the expiry of my products? |
The expiration date is usually printed on the
product itself. Yet we would like to friendly remind you that there are Korean
products still traditionally labeled with a manufacturing date instead of an
expiry date (and usually have a shelf-life of two to three years from this
date, depending on each individual product and brand). Another note, usually the date on Korean’s products is presented in
this format: YYYY/MM/DD. Here we advise you to check these Korean words in
front of the dates to be sure: 제조 means "manufactured
on" / “製造” 까지 means "good
until" / “為止” 사용기한 means "use period" / “使用期限”
So bear in mind if you receive a product stamped with a date prior to
your actual purchase date, it is NOT expired! We will never sell expired
products to our customers! |
